Nissan has a 1.5-liter engine and 400 hp

Nissan is a three-cylinder of only 40 kg.

Nissan has taken the downsizing to the extreme with its new presentation engine turbo 1.5-liter, 3-cylinder, 40 kg, a power of 400 hp.

This engine will be in a new ZEOD RC , formerly known as the Deltawing. The engine will be called DIG-T R, and give you the not inconsiderable power of 400 hp and a torque of 380 Nm , and is also able to reach 7500 rpm.

Most impressive is its very low weight of just 40 kg. According to Nissan, this engine provides power ratio / greater than a Formula 1 engine weight.

If you really are able to keep up the numbers or not, will be seen when the vehicle will compete in the 24 Hours of Le Mans in mid-June.
