How to change the color of the light in the iPhone

You can do all sorts of great things to make your home look, sound and feel like your favorite app. If your house has a color change bulb, here’s how to choose the right color for your mood.

After a bit of a slow start, HomeKit started showing some of the promises we’ve always known. Its logo is now appearing on the boxes of smart home products of many manufacturers. This is good for consumers, but the cost of smart homes can be high. Smart light bulbs are a great way to get started without breaking the bank.

Since HomeKit is related to the depth of your bulb, you can use the Home app on your iPhone or iPad to check if the light is on or off and also check its color.

Use the Home app to change the color of the light in the iPhone

First, open the Home app and find the lights you want to interact with. If you only want to turn the light on or off, tap it. If you want to change the color, tap, and hold, then select the “Color” option at the bottom.

The next screen shows a set of color options, but if you want more granular control over the colors, click the “Edit” button.

There are now two options to choose from, both at the bottom of the screen. If you want to choose a color temperature, click on “Temperature”. If you prefer to choose a color, click Color. Either option displays a color wheel that you can tap to select a new color.

Once you have the color you want, tap “Done” to apply it.
