Also not withdraw the current version of Google Play, so users may continue to be downloading the app to their terminals with Gingerbread.

According to the post the announcement made this decision because 90% of users are paying the “tax Gingerbread” waiting much longer for new updates and seeing new features that leverage the advantages of its new handsets with Android 4.0 or higher.
