Microsoft offers to store your data away from the NSA as FT

The credibility of Internet companies is questionable since the scandal of the NSA . And keep users and customers flee in terror scale positions between the priorities of some giants. At least that implies FT .

Under this environment, Microsoft will offer its customers abroad that their data will be stored away from USA , if possible in countries where the NSA does not have as easy access to them. The reason would be to use their servers to collect information from citizens of the EU and Brazil.

Even after the relaxation measurements of indiscriminate spying Obama announced last week, the stars of the Internet does not seem to be standing still or stop moving tabs on their behalf. We’ll see where Google or Yahoo point.
