What are the health benefits of Chai?

The word “chai” is translated into “tea” in Hindi, so the tea is actually translated into “tea”. You can simply call this drink “chai” or “masala chai” because it is well known in India.

Chai is a blend of black tea, milk and cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, star anise, and cloves, although you can find varieties that contain pepper, coriander, nutmeg, and fennel. Some recipes add sugar, but I recommend that you don’t use it, or add healthier sweeteners such as raw honey, monk fruit (Rohan) or stevia.

Black tea is the main component of this beverage. It has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, helps reduce the risk of coronary heart disease, lowers blood pressure levels, and helps prevent weight gain. If you want to know more about how black tea is made and how it affects your health, check out “Black tea is good for your gut.” The spice in this tea mixture also increases the nutritional value of the drink, and all kinds of research have to Link them to different health promotion abilities:

• Cinnamon provides antibacterial properties that help improve cardiovascular health by lowering blood pressure and bad cholesterol levels, reducing the risk of insulin resistance and lowering fasting blood glucose levels.
• Ginger is a well-loved spice known for its anti-nausea action.
• Cardamom provides antioxidant and antibacterial properties.
• According to the study, cloves and black pepper have antibacterial properties.

If you want to buy black tea, you can make tea from scratch and buy only from reputable sellers or companies to give you information about how tea is processed and packaged. Don’t be misled by companies that put “quality” seals on tea. Unfortunately, this may just be at the forefront of the illegal and inhumane practices involved in tea production.
