According to a report, Motorola is preparing to launch an affordable 5G smartphone codenamed Ibiza. The smartphone is said to be driven by the new 5G-enabled Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 series SoC and has a 90Hz display refresh rate.

According to the report, Motorola Ibiza may be released in the first quarter of 2021. The report revealed key specifications of the upcoming phone, including it will run on Android 11, have a triple rear camera setup and pack a 5,000mAh battery.

According to a report by the German publication TechnikNews and Adam Conway of XDA Developers, the model number of Motorola’s Ibiza smartphone is XT-2137. The resolution of the HD+ display is expected to be 720×1,600 pixels. The smartphone may be equipped with 4GB RAM + 128GB storage space, although there may be other configurations.

Motorola (Motorola) Ibiza has been carefully built to display the location of water droplets. According to the report, it is expected that it will be equipped with triple rear cameras and a 48-megapixel camera. The smartphone may also be equipped with a 5-megapixel macro camera and a 2-megapixel sensor. On the front, it may have a 13-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.

The report added that Motorola Ibiza displays are unlikely to be OLED panels or support HDR. According to reports, this is not the only smartphone Motorola is using. Capri, Caprip and Nio are the codenames for the mobile phones that the company is developing and will be launched this year.
