iTunes Radio diversifies adding news stations

iTunes Radio continues to pace: has good numbers in the United States, although still not expandingto other countries at the pace we would like. But before that happen in Cupertino are already trying to diversify the service adding news stations plus lists of musical reproduction that we can generate.

That is, users can play iTunes Radio songs and also recommended news stations that combine information on live streaming and pre-recorded programs (such as talk shows and debates). Currently the National Public Radio is the first channel to enter, with other stations on the way.

This way iTunes Radio goes to look more like a traditional radio, without having to rely solely on the music and do other services. A good way to try to find more users , you do not have to be only those who want to hear music. I wonder if this idea could also be accommodated in their own podcasts stations … would also be a good way to enhance podcasting as a powerful iTunes ecosystem.
